Crop Nights - In Our Craft Studio
Cherry Lane hosts crop nights on select dates throughout the month. Come and craft with friends new and old!
Crop nights run 5pm til 11:00pm - Must be pre-registered
Our Craft Studio comfortably seats 10 people for a crop, or 12 for classes. Our die-cut machines and dies are free to use with the purchase of any of our paper.

Join our special guest, Jessie Hurley, here at the Shoppe as she shows us the awesome and wonderful ways to use Dreamweaver products.
Although she will show the basic pasted techniques, in this demo, Jessie is going to kick it up a notch! She will also demonstrate the Sludging technique, Crackle paste and Molten Metal. Using the KaiserCraft Sears & Son line of paper, a good 'ol dose of Distress Ink, Distress Stain, some Dylusions sprays, Diamond Glaze & Stampendous Stamps, we're going to get a bit inky and create a total of five cards perfect for the all the men in your life! Does this situation sound familiar? You need a card last minute, you don't have a hand-made one ready, and store-bought just won't do...so you end up not giving a card at all? (I am so guilty of that!)This delightful card class is here to fix that wagon! In this class we'll be using the simply lovely Echo Park "Sweet Day" line of papers to create 8 (yes, EIGHT) all-occasion cards. With sentiments like "Sweet Day", "Hello Friend", "Cupcakes make everything better" and "Delightful", you are sure to have the perfect card on hand the next time a last minute occasion pops up!

Bon Appetit Recipe Box with Leanne
Do you have a tried-and-true go-to recipe book? I know I do! Okay, now how about all the other recipes you've picked up from here, there and everywhere... where do you keep them?
(Mine are in a bag that I have to dump on the counter and sift through everytime everytime I'm looking for that awesome recipe from the newspaper (eek!) I so need this recipe box!)
In this class, we're taking a naked pine wood box and turning it into this rustic-y vintage-y beauty, totally worthy of a dedicated space on the counter. We'll be using a whole lot of Distress Stain, paper & diecuts from Canvas Corp & Fab Scraps, and we're going to do some decoupage and crackle painting too!

Well then, by special request, we have the class for you!Rebecca will walk through all the basics of your Cricut with you, from pressure, speed, and size settings, blade depth, how to change your blade, what the different buttons on your keypad do and more. This class is hands on and will get you comfortable and crafting with your machine!

Rose Cluster Stamp & Card Trio

Crazy for Copics: Part One
Do you have some Copics already but aren't sure how to use them, or are you just wondering what the fuss is all about? In this class, Leanne, our resident Copic Certified Designer, will teach you the basics about Copics - we'll be discussing the right papers & inks to use, how the numbering system works, practice basic coloring and blending as well as a few easy techniques to get you started. We will also complete one card project in class.Limited to 6 participants per time slot, so register early!

Crazy for Copics: Part Two
Are you crazy for Copics? Do you feel like there has to be more than just the basic blending techniques? Well, you are right, there is! This class is going to open up a whole bunch of colouring "doors" as we cover 12, yes that's right, 12 different techniques. Join Tara, a Copic Certified Designer, and play with your markers in new ways, guaranteed to make you comfortable colouring with more advanced techniques and teach you some new tricks as well. You will be colouring like a pro in no time! *Note: As this is a technique based class, you will not be completing any projects, just lots of fun, playing and learning!
